Women Should Pay Attention to Three Diseases in Winter

In the cold winter, health care is very important for women. In fact, in order to prevent diseases and maintain the health of their body, women can start from their daily diets and eat foods reasonably and correctly, so as to relieve the following three kinds of diseases.

First, cold hands and feet

If women always suffer from cold hands and feet in winter, they can eat more black foods, such as black rice, black date, black beans, black sesame, black fungus, black buckwheat, seaweed, cocoa and so on, which can promote blood circulation, regulate the function of the stomach and intestines, and improve the symptom. Meanwhile, they can eat more foods added with ginger, such as chicken soup and fish soup. In addition, others foods containing onions or garlic also have the same effect.

Second, rheumatoid arthritis

In order to look beautiful, many women wear little clothes in the cold winter. This not only will make them easily catch a cold, but also will decrease the immunity of the body, causing various kinds of immune diseases, such as upper respiratory tract infection, fever, tonsillitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and so on.
In such a case, they should pay attention to keep a reasonable diet. Do not eat high-fat foods; try to eat less sugar and salt; the appropriate ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat in the diet should be 3:2:1; eat more vegetable oil, such as salad oil, corn oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, etc. In addition, it is also necessary to take exercise regularly, so as to enhance the physical fitness.

Third, gastroenteritis

If women wear little clothes in winter, it will easily cause gastroenteritis. In such a case, they should pay special attention to daily diets. First of all, they should eat more high-protein and high-vitamin foods, so as to ensure an adequate supply of various nutrients to the body and prevent anemia and malnutrition. As for the women suffering from anemia and malnutrition, they should take in more foods containing plenty of protein and heme iron, such as lean meat, chicken, fish, animal liver, and so on. High-vitamin foods include fresh vegetables and fruits, such as green leafy vegetables, tomato, eggplant, and so on.

What's more, they should avoid eating the foods rich in cellulose, such as soy beans, sugar, celery, leek and so on. Although these foods contain various kinds of nutrients to human body like tocopherols, eating too much will cause flatulency and aggravate the symptom of gastroenteritis.
